"Always willing to listen"

(as the patient),

Was feeling low, listless, not eating, no concentration, no interest in others. Had interaction with Sara, giving me the opportunity to express my feelings and realise I was not alone. Great support from Sara as she was always willing to listen to my issues.

I am sorry to hear that you have been struggling lately, however pleased to read you have found occupational therapy beneficial. I will ensure this feedback is shared with the team.
