"Very good treatment."

About: Hinchingbrooke Hospital

I visited A&E in October 2020 and I regret to say I could only give it 2 stars in my review, and that was being generous. I was unfortunate enough to badly injure my arm in January 2021 and after my previous experience I really did not want to go there again and actually put off going for 2 days. But after 2 virtually sleepless nights and worsening pain I had to go in the end. My experience this time was very good from entering to leaving. The receptionist was friendly and polite and the, very efficient and polite, triage nurse examined my arm and sent me straight for an x-ray with no hesitation whatsoever. I then returned to A&E for the result and the doctor who saw me was also friendly and polite. After the necessary treatment I was discharged to return home. The whole experience this time was a sharp contrast to my last visit and has restored my faith in A&E. Thank you all.
