"Diabetes Prevention Programme"

I am currently using the Diabetes prevention programme which is delivered into my Home every fortnight.   I'm finding it very informative and a great resource for being delivered online. I think that it should be delivered to the general public as a healthy eating plan and a  way of life to follow to be healthy and have a healthy diet.   Also to inform those folk that really don't know what healthy eating really is.   On the social media most foods published mainly is food full of fat and sugar. I think im the only one on my group who is having the programme delivered to me for a different reason that the rest and that is to put on weight rather than to lose weight. I am following the guidance given to me, but so far haven't put on any weight. anyway I do think it is a good programme.
