"Amazing staff"

I was called back after a routine breast screen showed something that needed further investigation. I ended up having a biopsy and a vacuum biopsy. From the routine biopsy to the final diagnosis the staff couldn’t have been better. Every single member of staff helped me relax through the unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I can’t thank them enough for their kind care, keeping me fully informed and chatting to keep my mind off of the procedure. In the waiting room there was a poster of how to complain, this annoyed me because there was no poster of where to praise and thank the wonderful staff. I have had the same wonderful care in every department I have ever been treated.
