I was made to feel like an inconvenience for my partially dislocated shoulder that I'd reset myself. Was asked why I bothered them with it and made to feel like I shouldn't have even sought help. Later that day I went to Addenbrookes UTC for an appt. booked by NHS111 where I was referred for surgery and given appropriate pain relief and a sling to go home in while I await talking to the surgeon in the next few days.
Never again will I use this unit, even if life-threatening.
