For the last 3 days this week from Tuesday to Thursday I have continued to ring the 2 practice phone numbers in order to reorder prescriptions from 11am to 3pm. Each time the line is either engaged or I am put in a long queue where there is not even a 'queue number' referred to by the voice on the other end of the line. I will try again tomorrow to ring the numbers
