"17 attempts to get telephone appointment "

About: Bramhall Health Centre

I have NOW been trying since mid December to get an telephone appointment with my GP.every day at 8.20am as told that I MUST phone I have been on a queue fora MINIMUM ONE HOUR to then been told that ALL appointments for that day have gone try again ring again tomorrow.

I am in extreme paid and was advised by my surgeon to request stronger painkillers as I have NOT been able to sleep properly for MANY months.

This health centre does Not seem to care about people who have lived in this area for 48years PATHETIC.

Our phone lines are very busy at this time and we apologise for you having to wait. Our receptionists do their utmost to answer calls as quickly as possible. Once all of our appointments have gone we do offer alternative services to ensure patients get the care they need. We have a Manager in the building Monday - Friday who will be happy to discuss any concerns and queries.
