I have attended Forth Valley Royal, a few weeks ago at the Dermatology department, with suspect moles,
I had a surgical procedure done to gain tissue for a biopsy. Two nurses performed this minor operation, I can not praise them enough on their professionalism, kindness, skills and care. Their names were Lee-Ann and Pamela.
This biopsy result showed basil cell Carcinoma, I was seen yesterday at Stirling Community Hospital, where this lesion was removed, a deep wound, expertly sutured by a male nurse, who had removed this offending lump. His name was David and his colleague another very skilled nurse, Rose, both gave me the very best of care.
I am a retired nurse, I really appreciate the great care given in my local hospitals and I also have met the Consultant Dermatologist , who work so well with their nursing colleagues and are responsible for a high standard of care.
I thank you all.
