"Unhappy and upset "

After a phone consultation I was asked to attended the surgery. The doctor I saw was rude, abrupt and very rough during an examination and also accused me of not attending a hospital appointment. I had to go back for a blood test and whilst waiting in reception the said doctor walked through the waiting area and if looks could kill I'd of needed CPR. I don't go to the doctors very often but I will be changing surgeries, if I need to speak a gp beforehand it certainly won't be that one. I must say the nurses are always friendly. I know they're under immense pressure but there are no excuses for lack of manors even if you have letters after their name.
