"Disappointed!!!"

I’m extremely annoyed with the practice today. My parents who are in their 80s have attended the surgery for an appointment with a nurse to be told it has been cancelled. They have received no notification of this. My mother who has dementia and has been coaxed into attending is really upset. I know it’s a difficult time at the moment but I find this unacceptable. She now has to wait another 9 days for another appointment. I have also had to take time of work to transport then to the surgery which I don’t mind but for a wasted journey it’s a joke.
