I Joined the 6 week online Pain Management Program in November 2020 was sceptical at first but being with other members of the group discussing our pain and looking at different ways and solutions to the pain has helped me understand my pain better I suffer from chronic pain which has proved difficult to manage. Through the online sessions I was able to look at other ways to manage my pain. Now doing some gentle exercises like sitting down Tie Chi has not cured the pain but has been a help for me.
