I would just like to extend my thanks to the urgent walk in centre . What an amazing efficient fantastic service I received today . I had called phoned my GP 32 times today about a very infected cyst on my head been infected for 5 days over new year etc . ( no answer , online also not working ) .. rang 111 .. advised to go to hengrove walk in centre ..
the treatment I received was outstanding from the receptionist to the lovely male nurse I saw . The outcome was I need antibiotics etc . Just wanted to say a huge Thankyou for helping me when I had no idea where to turn .
