"Rude staff, no appointments"

About: Lowfield Medical Centre

I called to book in an emergency appointment for my baby who is 9weeks to see the doctor but the receptionist said she could not book me in as the GP was very busy and she had no appointments left and if its an emergency I should go to a&e even though it was 111 who had referred me to them. They completely disregarded what the 111 had said and decided they cannot provide an appointment.
