"Phone not answered"

I have just tried to call the Tudor Surgery to find out the results from my smear test. I gave up and put the phone down after 42 minutes! This is, however, unusual for this surgery and I have no complaints in general, as this surgery is superb. I have been coming here for the last 28 years but I am now extremely anxious about my results as the nurse said they should be ready after a week. Possible delay, I assume, to COVID but surely someone should have answered by 42 minutes!
