"Great Service"

I attended the Endoscopy department for a first ever colonoscopy procedure and couldn't fault the the care and attention that I received. Every single member of staff I came into contact with were friendly and professional and I felt very well cared for especially as I had no idea what to expect and felt a bit embarrassed initially. However, it was not embarrassing in the slightest and when it got a bit uncomfortable the lovely nurse attending reassuringly stroked my hand and shoulder. The sandwich and tea afterwards were also very welcome and tasty. I hope I don't need another one but if I do then I won't feel at all concerned if this is normal service. Thank you and well done for making me feel safe and comfortable. The NHS at its best.
