I was advised not to go to work by walk in centre on 28/12 /20 self certification for 7 days due to labyrinthitis and if no better by 4/1/21 contact surgery for sick certificate I have been on phone since 08.30 and continually get automated message your call cannot be completed , tried to e mail practice manager , the e mail address on web site is not recognised , so now been told by HR department as I cannot get a certificate I must return to work on the 5/1/20 even though my job entails looking after vulnerable people and driving which I was advised not to do, due to not being able to contact surgery advisor I have to return to work and this is how they treat their patients especially ones who work in essential places , need to get their services running properly and let you speak to someone directly not be put through via automated services which obviously don’t work, think GMC should know about this appalling service people are getting
