"Disappointed "

I've called to book an appointment for my baby because I felt is something wrong with his health they rushed me into an answer telling me that a nurse will call me, I asked for a proper check because is a baby not an adult and I am a first time mum and they denied my request. They didn't told me a time when the nurse will call me so I was paying attention to the phone all the time, by the time when they called me I was putting the baby to sleep and I think it was a short call because I didn't had the chance to answer and she just left me a voicemail telling me to rebook the appointment. I know is a hard situation due to covid 19 but is my baby's health in the middle of this, I am paying services in this country, I am paying taxes and I am expecting some respect but maybe I am asking too much.
