About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Came to accident and emergency from a refferal from nhs 24. They were so busy and working hard during the covid crisis. The health and safety measures in place were great. I didn't feel unsafe having no covid symptoms. The staff were super friendly and helpful even thou they clearly looked understaffed. Taking time to explain and help my situation. A busy day for accident and emergency by the looks of it, but staff were outstanding. Well done nhs Scotland.
