"Excellent care"

Many thanks to the Coronary Care Unit at the RLI. I had a few days in there very recently as an emergency admission, and was very well looked after in challenging circumstances. The clinical care was super and I was discharged after three nights with tablets and a care package, and a follow- up telephone call. I found the hospital meal programme very good too. But it was the staff on the unit that made the stay so comfortable, always on hand to tend to personal requirements and always on hand to go the extra mile for my benefit, even to the extent of following me home with an Amazon delivery that missed me in the unit.
