1 month with a terrible sciatica. whole days on the phone waiting. to get hung up. promises and only promises. from the secretaries. a shame.

I am very sorry to hear that you were unable to reach the practice via telephone. We recognise that our hold times have increased significantly in light of the current pandemic and do apologise for this. We do offer our online eConsultation service which is available to use Monday - Friday via our website.
