"Great practice"

The GP’s at this surgery are fantastic. Professional & caring. I can’t fault them on my experiences every time. I started today with a miserable and uncomfortable urinary tract infection and seriously wondered if I could be seen today. I got through to reception very quickly by telephone and was offered telephone consultation. I expected some sort of wait but was promptly contacted by phone by a very professional and caring doctor, who assessed my symptoms meticulously ,provided me with a prescription and a follow up appointment for following week. My uncomfortable condition was dealt with very speedily .I never cease to be amazed at the superb service provided by the Ladygate Lane Surgery. I have been registered with the practice for 15 odd years, and the service goes from strength to strength. A big thank you to all the staff
