I don't completely understand the purpose of "patient access". I'm directed there to view my test results and find information about past or current treatments related to my condition but there is little or no information there. For example I'm on a physiotherapy programme for my shoulder, there's absolutely no information about this. I'm also on a therapy programme, no information. I had blood tests done and a scan, no information. I would also like to look at my past records, no information?
