About: Dr B Das' Practice

Me Nan who is 79 Had a appointment for 11.20 and was there 5 minutes early another person came in behind us had an appointment for 11.30 I heard them at the desk they got seen to before me me Nan they looked about 20 then someone else came in had an appointment for 11.45 they got seen before my Nan and we was still sat there at 12.05 very appalled why has a appointment service if it can’t be kept to the reason for this is because if you 5 - 10 minutes late you don’t get seen to very disappointed with the quality of service in this practice

Hello

I really feel sorry that your appointment was not dealt in time. We will try to improve with your experience. These days because of the risk of COVID-19 all room needs to cleaned after each face to face appointment, on screen check in service has been disabled so we are expecting some delay in appointment but will definitely try to learn from your experience.
