I have been registered here for over 15 years and needed to use the services here on very few occasions and I tried to avoid it as possible. There is something fundamentaly not working the way this surgery operates. The reception staff has always been very rude and don't have a patience to deal with customers. For working people, one would be really lucky to see a doctor to accomodate work like balance. Certainly I won't including many people I have spoken to would miss if this surgery shuts down

Unfortunately as I do not know your name I cannot investigate the specific issue you have raised. However I would suggest you contact me directly and I can investigate your complaint

Please note, throughout the pandemic we have remained open and we have provided, on the emergency appointments, advance appointments, care home appointments, on call doctor appointments and 111 appointments.

We also have extended hours on Monday evenings to help working people like you to speak to a doctor.

Over the last few months we have changed a number of people in reception, and have received a lot of positive feedback.
