"Extremely poor managenent"

Extremely poor level of care.

My Father was unable to receive any palliative care from this company because the management hadn't risk assessed him properly so the Carers would spend less than 5 minutes in the house per visit as they claimed there was little they could legally do for him.

We contacted the office several times to discuss the situation but we were either fobbed off or the office simply failed to call us back/ignored us.

In the end we as a family ended up providing the palliative care to my Father that this company was being paid to do and we will be following up the lack of care my Father recived from this company with an official complaint in the new year.
