Used the ask a doctor a question facility online on the surgerys website being a challenging time didnt want to tie up reception or doctors over the phone with a problem i been trying to resolve for a few months. Only to find the next day even though it says can take 2 days to get a response a reply from the doctor with care advice and if it doesnt work phone us directly for an appointment for possible care treatment. So even though it is a challenging time for our surgery during covid they are still there for us for other matters and not once discouraged me phoning if needed professional caring no matter the time and no matter the issue. Thank you all it is a pleasure to call you my doctors.
