(as a service user),

I was admitted to Lomond ward from mid October to mid December 2020. This was an emergency admission, involving a week in IPCU, initially.

I was treated very well  and given good care and support, by all staff.

Despite the covid restrictions in place, the ward facilities and supportive environment made the situation easier to cope with.

An increase in the recreation budget could be well used to provide some new materials for patient use.

Many thanks to all staff on Lomond ward and IPCU.
