I very recently had an appointment at the above hospital in the endoscopy department.
From start to finish I must say the service I received was amazing, from the minute I arrived in the hospital.
The reception staff in the department were extremely polite and very well organized. They explained exactly what I needed to do and what would happen next. (Many Thanks)
I then met a gentleman called Martin who performed the intrusive investigation, again from the minute I was collected by a member of his team throughout the procedure I have nothing but praise for him and his team that assisted me.
They made me feel comfortable, at ease, and they kept me informed what was happening throughout my time in hospital.
To sum it up, the service I received from Martin his team and the NHS was absolutely amazing. all I can say is (Many thanks.)
