"Poor service"

I phoned out of hours with suspected UTI, to be then rang back and be told can’t collect a prescription until the morning as no pharmacy open, why the out of hours dr didn’t tell me this is behind me. When I told the person that rang me I be up again all night with pain the answer was I don’t know what to suggest, at this point I was in tears didn’t care. So thanks to poor service from out of hours it’s going to be another long night suffering, they call themselves a out of hours service, yeah right!!
