Called into reception as unable to contact by phone
No patient s in waiting room
No people in queue at all the whole time I was there.
Would not allow to book an appointment, one receptionist has done in the past! But really unhelpful receptionist/manager told me to phone again or write in!!
So so unhelpful. I was so upset as appointment was for my husband who has cancer treatment.
I understand re covid.
It’s not all receptionist s.
A few are so helpful! Why be like that. When surgery was totally empty?
