"Unhelpful "

About: Chislehurst Medical Practice

Called into reception as unable to contact by phone

No patient s in waiting room

No people in queue at all the whole time I was there.

Would not allow to book an appointment, one receptionist has done in the past! But really unhelpful receptionist/manager told me to phone again or write in!!

So so unhelpful. I was so upset as appointment was for my husband who has cancer treatment.

I understand re covid.

It’s not all receptionist s.

A few are so helpful! Why be like that. When surgery was totally empty?

Thank you for your feedback. Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020 we have asked patients to only attend the surgery if they have been asked to do so by a member of a team, either to collect something or having been previously screened for a face to face appointment. This is to protect both our staff and patients. This is even more important now we are in Tier 4. We ask patients to book appointments by telephone or by using the online facility. Patients can also contact the surgery by econsult.
