"Good doctors but appalling service by triage…"

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

My partner visited you earlier today with some swelling near his throat from his (in which he found it hard to swollow)wisdom tooth, bearing in mind there are no emergency dentists available today he was advised to go to a&e when my partner arrived, He received appalling service from the triage nurses who were extremely rude towards him from the moment he arrived! This is not the kind of service that you expect from the NHS service! Even though my partner hardly ever sees a doctor for anything and the one time he does this happens! But when he finally saw a doctor the doctor was absolutely brilliant!
