Mum was admitted to Ward 15 with a broken hip.   She had an operation but there were complications.   A week later she had to have another operation.   The surgeons have made a great job of mum.   Also, all nursing staff in that ward go over and above with their duties during the difficult times we are dealing with COVID.   Mum was put into a room on her own and every day the nurses, whether short staffed or not, made sure the family were able to speak to mum on zoom.   Not only that, they did it with pleasure.   I’m so grateful and appreciate everyone working in ward 15.   Mum is still in hospital but I’m confident she is getting taken care of.   I had to put this information on your site because all staff have to be commended.   Thank you.   X

Ward 15 nursing staff will be delighted with this positive feedback and I am pleased to hear that staff have ensured you could chat to your Mum over zoom.
