I would just like to thank the two ambulance staff who cared for me. They were extremely kind and professional.
Whilst I was waiting in the corridor for treatment I also experienced awful treatment to a member of nursing staff by a patient. I would like to say how professionally the nurse handled this and carried on giving extreme care to the patient despite the abuse.
