"COVID Vaccination"

About: NHS Louisa Jordan

(as a staff member),

I am one of the lucky people who have already been given my first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. I was contacted by Michelle (paediatric secretary) and was given an appointment, very straightforward.

I then attended the Louisa Jordan Hospital and was met by an extremely professional group of individuals, from the security men, admin staff, the HCAs and Nurses.

I was vaccinated by a retired nurse called Anne, I didn't catch her surname but she was so kind and provided reassurance throughout the process, and gave the best aftercare and follow up advice.

My experience from start to finish was seamless, and would just like to give a special mention to Michelle in admin and Anne the nurse who could not have been any better and are both a credit to our NHS.

Dear stew77

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience of the covid vaccination service at the Louisa Jordan Hospital.

I am delighted that your care and experience was so positive.

The whole staff work hard to provide patients with the highest standard of care possible and I will ensure that your comments are passed on to the team and especially to Michelle and Anne.

Thank you again for taking the time to post your experience.

Kind regards,
