Even although today is Christmas Day, it is important to us to let you know how grateful we are for the kind and attentive manner in which you cared for me on F4 ward. I have a very complex history and I would just like to take the opportunity to thank the staff on the ward and the consultants and doctors and indeed the pharmacist for what I consider to be the exceptional care I received. You all made sure I felt safe and that I was being listened to. Thank you too for arranging my support on discharge. Myself and my husband are truly appreciative to every last one of you.
