I had been with this practice for over three decades and was never happy with no follow ups, no information sent to specialists(it was blank every time), not being informed of urgent test results mutiple times, constant horrible rude reception staff that are untrained. So unhappy i was that i complained to the practice manager, that in itself was an utter waste of time and energy, my response was of of utter dismay, it had absolutely nothing to do with my complaint and not one offer to help me deal with any issues raised, my reply was ignored, i feel i have been forced to leave this practice, as a long term member of the local community i have nothing good to say about this practice, as with most of the locals, badly run, badly managed, inept at recruiting staff, can never get a nurse appointment, there have been some good Dr's but they don't stay long or its impossible to get an appointment with them, they even make you queue right in front of the entrance so expect a lot of arguments because nobody knows who is in the queue, after decades you think they might realise its a problem, but no, this behaviour is endemic to this practice, sucks of nepotism too. Might be worth giving this place a miss when registering for a new practice, there are much better around.

Thank you for your comments and I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience. I believe I have spoken to you and explained to you that it is the hospital at that time were not opening the correspondence correctly on their system, which is different to our system and they could not see the information that was written it was not a case of us sending blank forms. I believe that issue has been rectified by them. In respect to results a patient is contacted immediately if the results are urgent, if however they are not urgent then a routine appointment is made which may take several weeks. this is the only way to manage the thousands of results we receive per month. I am sorry to hear you have left the practice and I wish you well at your new practice. Practice Manager
