I am very thankful with NHS because they very hardworking all time. Recently I sent massage to doctors about myproblam and doctor sent back to make a appointment I called to reception for appointment she said I am not any more registered with this surgery and I asked why she said I am out off area but my home only 5 minutes drive to this gp. I asked for re-register she said I can't because I am out off area also I asked her name she don't want to tell her name as well she was very rude with me. Without let me how can they remove my name from the system .how come she ignored to say her name if she working as a receptionist. Now I in medication I am big trouble where I can get advice from in this short period
