About: Clover Group Practice (Darnall)

I’ve not been long registered with this practice and was actually hesitant due to previous reviews. Decided to register anyway and at my first call to the surgery I had to wait exactly 51 minutes before speaking to someone.

I have now registered somewhere else.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback. Currently on top of all the normal work, and the increased contacts due to the Covid response, we are also inviting and seeing 1,000+ patients a week to give their vaccine. This will undoubtedly have an impact on call wait lengths, although we are always trying to match demand with capacity it can at times prove difficult.
