My wife needed a blood test. Rang the line the local GP gave me for 2hrs 30mins on the 14th Dec and 45 mins the following day. Message saying very busy. 90 calls in all unanswered. Absolute disgrace. Only when I put in a complaint did my wife get one done which came up abnormal. She is now in hospital. Feel sorry for others who do not complain. Communication is appalling at this hospital.
