Due to corvid people now have telephone appointments. However when you call for information, the receptionist is very rude and dismissive and would not allow you to speak. She cuts you short and makes you feel like you are not valued and should not call the centre. Really poor service. I missed a call from one of the doctors and called back immediately but i was told I would be called back which they never did. The next day when i asked why the receptionist cut me short and will not let me speak. They leave you only anxious
