About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I went to Queen Elizabeth Hospital today because I got cotton inside my left ear and from the reception, they are friendly and warm welcome to the patient and Especially to the one assist me Ms C. Donoher 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟which she has excellent care service.

She helps me to get ENT appointment and she was lovely to talk she has sympathy to patients. I would like to thank her again. She made my first experience fantastic and appreciate what she done.

And hospital is very clean and well organized. Thank you very much and to the NHS too. Wish you all a happy Christmas 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
