"Awful draining, frustrating experience"

St George's should be ashamed of the way their fertility clinic is currently running. I've just seen a review from someone else whose experience I totally echo. Frustrating, never call you back, send you to collect prescriptions that aren't there. Despite being a time dependant treatment/ scan process they miss these deadlines meaning you've wasted time and ovulation cycles through their incompetence. They don't apologise for this incompetence in fact telling you you should be grateful and nothing has changed upon submitting a complaint. If your GP gives you a choice of clinic AVOID St George's Fertility clinic. Appalling
