(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have a Social Worker. I had to shield over lockdown. My Social Worker gave me information on Covid and things to contact the deaf community. She helped me with shopping. She helped me with post and talked to me through the window. The equipment officer also helped me when I had problems with my equipment. Good help.
