(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to thank Dr Sansby for the amazing care she privided to my 2 years old daughter. 

I took her to Accident and Emergency department with a laceration to her forehead after she fell at home. She was seen by Dr Sansby who couldn't have been any nicer in her dealing with my daughter. She had friendly and professional manner . I just felt that I had to write some form of feedback for her wonderful professional ethics .

Thank you so much for sharing your daughter's very positive experience of care with us.

Having an injury in a wee one can be very worrying not only for the child but also for the parents and it sounds like Dr Sansby provided excellent care to you all.
