I wanted to give 5 stars for my Dermatology OPA this morning and got as far as ethnic group - not a question I feel is at all relevant to my feedback but the computer will not allow me to leave this blank - there should be an option "prefer not to say"...

Regarding the matter of 'ethnic group'. Imperial College Healthcare do not manage the NHS Choices website but I will feed back your comments to NHS Choices.
