About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Xrays & Scans

(as the patient),

I attended for a chest X-ray in December; being unsure of possible changes to entrances / exits, attendance procedures I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and would have gladly waited until my appointment time.  Rather than be made to feel a nuisance I was registered, x-rayed and exited the department before the original timing of my appointment and all staff were polite, welcoming and friendly although they are working through such difficult times.  Thank you so much.
