"Awful practice"

I had an appointment booked here like I do every 3 months for an injection. I arrived to the practice and rang the buzzer which also had a sign above it saying don’t continuously ring the buzzer if you already done so. Someone will be with you shortly. So I did this. A whole load of patients then arrived after me and rang the buzzer and got through so I waited my turn again and pressed the buzzer as I could see they were now answering and I was told that I was late and I would have to re book. At this point I had been waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer the buzzer but I could see a bunch of staff members walking around so they knew I was there. I then was told by the receptionist I was lying and never waiting at all I was just late and so I showed them my parking ticket of what time I arrived and they said ok bare with we will book you in. Another 30 minutes later everyone has been seen at this point it’s just me waiting after being the first to turn up. The lady comes back out and says they won’t do it after telling me they could. So i waited in total a whole hour in the rain and paid for parking and took time off work to be messed around and called a liar. I now will be waiting over 2 weeks for this injection which will completely mess up my hormones and they didn’t even have a care in the world. Just sent me away with nothing. So I would definitely not recommend this practice to anyone it is diabolical.
