"Friendly Staff - Blood Clinc"

I visited this morning at 09.00 for a blood clinic appt. My daughter is very nervous of needles as a while ago had a blood test and was close to fainting, so she was very nervous at the thought of a blood test this morning. The person who took her blood was very friendly and put her at ease and distracted her by talking to her about college and what she was studying. The blood was taken and we left happy.
