Have had bad experiences with Westrop Surgery for years. Some staff have a poor attitude, are impatient and have very often put the phone down as soon as I'm able to get through. That's not easy either - having to listen to endless music while trying to speak to someone, while the phone bill climbs.
Told yesterday by a doctor to ring in to speak to another staff member this morning. Huh fat chance, phone left to ring endlessly. They say they will call you back but never do.
