I am writing on behalf of a patient at your surgery. In February, a phone call was received to inform my friend that she had blood cancer. She was told not to get in touch with the surgery for several months. When she eventually got back in touch, she was still not given further information about the kind of blood cancer she has. Still no referral or chase up after 10 months. My friend feels invisible and concerned about her prognosis.
